Thank you for buying Alvitarix courses. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether it is an instructor-led or self-paced training.
Refund requests can be entertained within 7 days of the purchase of the course only if no services are provided including LMS access, any masterclass sessions and any soft skill classes.
For Self-Paced Learning:
– Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of the course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has logged into the course.
– No refund beyond 7 days of purchasing.
– Refund on discounted/subsidized course fee is not applicable; course change is allowed.
For Instructor-Led Training:
– Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase.
– No refund if participant has logged into LMS or attended more than 1 day of class.
– No refund on discounted/subsidized fees; course change is allowed.
– No refund on rescheduled batches by participant.
– No refund if fee is via EMI/loan portal, token amount, or part payments.
– If eligible, refund will be made after deducting taxes and LMS cost.
– If Alvitarix cancels an event, 100% course fees refunded (if request within 10 days). Travel or logistics not covered.
– If event postponed, participants rescheduled to next available batch or live class.
– If delegate cancels 10+ days before, 10% deducted and balance refunded.
– If delegate cancels within 10 days, no refund.
– No refund for no-shows.
– No refund on discounted/subsidized fees; course change only.
– Email refund request to alvitarix@gmail.com with payment proof, course details, and reason.
– Duplicate payments refunded to original source within 10 working days.
